Project and Performance Management Officer

Job Description:
  • Drive performance management process and policies for the organisation in line with corporate and employees key performance indicators.
  • Develop performance scorecard for the organisation and employees and monitor implementation.
  • Responsible for managing organisational projects, track resources and costs.
  • Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the time allotted for projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Review performance levels and outputs against the defined targets to sustain a high performing company.
Required Competencies

  • A university degree
  • 8 years post NYSC work experience in similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Higher qualification or professional certification in project management is required
  • Broad experience and knowledge in tracking performance and project
  • Time management and organisational skills
