Graduate Engineers

We are a startup providing innovative technical solutions and digital services to automotive engineers and technicians. We are addressing some of the most exciting challenges in the automotive and automotive aftermarket industry in Nigeria, and joining us will be a fulfilling experience for you.
We are hiring again and we now have requirements for engineers with degrees in any of the following disciplines: electrical, electronic, computer or mechatronic engineering who are curious and interested in the automotive industry. You will join our team as an Automotive Systems Engineer.

Job Requirements 
  • Applicants must have completed NYSC 
  • HND or BSc / BTech / BEng
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Problem-solving skills
In order to excel in this role, you will possess, or must be capable of developing the following competencies:
  • Analytical and logical approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to communicate solutions to non-technical people
  • Ability to carry out root cause analysis
  • Ability to teach and lead training workshops
  • Excellent customer service skills with good telephone manners
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Willingness to learn and ability to learn very fast
  • Problem management – must be capable of analyzing trends and patterns
Your responsibilities – which may change - will include the following:
  • Diagnosing electrical, electronic and mechanical faults in vehicles
  • Conducting root cause analysis
  • Collaborating with customers and suppliers to resolve faults
  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Travelling to customers
  • Training interns and automotive technicians how to use diagnostic machines and oscilloscopes
  • Leading training workshops
  • Creating training guides and manuals
  • Creating documentation containing solutions to problems
  • Updating problem database with solutions
  • Recording incident in the incident database and updating with progress
  • Updating software on diagnostic machines and computers
  • Technical support
  • Technical sales and marketing
  • Creating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
