Legal Secretary

Office Management
  •  Manages the front office to ensure effective telephone communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
  • Ensures that the working environment is conducive for all employees.
  • Manages regular third-party vendors.
  • Supervises the maintenance of office equipment including copier, printer etc.
Administrative Duties
  • Responsible for the alignment of Lawyers and Partners’ documents
  • Responsible for stock taking and purchase of office supplies for the firm in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
  • Prepares “Cause list” for the Lawyers and Partners
  • Responsible for the payment of utility bills
  • Prepares debit notes and receipts when payments are made
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in any field from a reputable and accredited University
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Experience in an administrative role
